Cycle time analysis and optimisation
With the help of Stäubli and Visual Components 3D simulation tools, we calculate the cycle time. In the 3D-environment, stations are optimally positioned and the robot paths are optimised. We can therefore reliably determine the cycle time.
Accessibility of positions
We already support our customers in the planning phase of their unit. We examine and improve the accessibility of stations in a 3D-environment. The software is created offline and tested in the simulation. This is how we ensure that all positions can be optimally accessed by the robot. This saves time and money during commissioning.
Offline developing and testing software
The time-to-market is constantly getting shorter. With the help of 3D-simulations, the SPS and robot software can already be created and tested during the development of a system.
